A big closet is placed in the other end of the room concealing the door to
\"Room 2\" (my study).
One bed with a mattress, a top- and rolling mattress, a desk, chair, shelf, lamp.

The room is about 15 sqm incl. access to:
bathroom (15 sqm) and kitchen (15 sqm) incl. utensils + entré (8 sqm).

Located at lnner Nørrebro between Sankt Hans Torv and Nørrebros Runddel.

Rent includes: electricity, heat, WiFi (100 Mbit).

1 month deposit = 1 month notice. Both ways (in writing).

I often work from home and sometimes I\'m away for a few days.

I am a calm, responsible and respectful person and I expect the same from you.

I only invite people I know and trust into my peaceful and lovely home. Therefore this room is for you and only you. Meaning no visitors.

Moreover, I expect you to either have a steady job or being a dedicated student. You are tidy and know how to clean up after yourself. And of course: no smoking.

Sorry if I come about as a bit strict. I just want to clarify simple guidelines from the beginning.
